Desert Pear RV Park Rules

  1. The condition and age of the RV will be a determining factor in site occupancy. This is left to the manager's discretion. (All RVs that stay with us must be in good working condition and properly maintained. All electrical cords must be safe and up to date. We reserve the right to turn away any RV at any time.)

  2. The speed limit throughout the park is 5mph.

  3. There should be no trash visible on site at any time.

  4. No outdoor clothes lines are allowed.

  5. Quiet time is from 9:00pm to 7:00am (including generators).

  6. Be mindful of your neighbors. A peaceful community is a happy one. Anyone who is disruptive to our guests or staff will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

  7. If you have a pet, please observe the pet policy.

  8. RV must be clear of items underneath it. (WE ARE NOT A STORAGE FACILTY!)

  9. Automatic Transfer switch if you have solar energy power.

  10. No large items in the trash bins (AC units, refrigerators, washer/dryer etc.) If RV Park is charged a fine the guest will be held liable to pay it.

  11. SOME guests may need a water pressure regulator.

  12. NO MODIFICATION OF SITE – Power Box, water lines, septic, etc. – no digging holes in the ground for ANYTHING.

  13. No mechanical work on vehicles on premises.

  14. ONE vehicle per RV.

  15. Guests are responsible for maintaining heat tape for waterline.

  16. Shop is OFF LIMITS without specific permission.

  17. No fire pits. Keep all grills safe and away from flammables.

  18. If law enforcement is called out because of a problem and you are found to be responsible you will be required to leave the park immediately and NO refund shall be given. 

  19. We may require that you provide us with a refundable deposit of $100. This will be discussed when you reserve a site. If you decide to end your reservation and move out of the park, you must give 60 days notice and leave the site in "good condition" (as determined by staff or park owner) to get a refund on your deposit.

We appreciate your cooperation on the above rules. We do not wish to remove anyone from our park; however, if guests cannot observe and abide by the rules they will be asked to leave (or will be removed) and there will be no refunds of any kind. Enjoy your stay!

Pet Policy

We welcome your pets, as long as they are current on all their shots and not aggressive.

Your pets must be kept within your site. When they are not in your site they must be in your arms or leashed at all times.

We request that if you have your pet outdoors that they not be a barking nuisance to your neighbor, or bark all night.

You are required to clean up after your pet at all times throughout the entire park. If you don’t, and we have to clean up after them, we will have to charge you for the inconvenience.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or request that you move if:

  • Pets create a nuisance

  • Pet owners do not follow rules

  • There are too many pets on site (to be determined by management)

  • If you continually do not clean up after your pets

We love pets, but we ask that all of our guests respect others who may or may not be pet lovers.
